Can I speak directly to your sales or technical service/warranty departments?

You can call us direct at (800) 456-7100, Press #1 for Paladin Light Products consisting of the brands of Bradco, FFC, Harley, Kodiak, McMillan, and Sweepster, press #2 for heavy products consisting of CP, JRB, and Custom Works.  It will then prompt you to select #1 for sales, #2 for technical service/warranty.  If you would like a listing of our brands, press #3 or zero to speak to our operator.

How can I become a dealer or distributor?

We would be more than happy to assist you in becoming a dealer, distributor or refer you to one of our already established dealer/distributors in your area. If you desire, click here to send a message to our sales mailbox, one of our Inside Sales Representatives, will respond to you promptly.

How can I request a manual for my equipment?

Making it easy to do business with, Paladin provides on-line access to equipment manuals and parts breakdowns, matching your attachment to the specific serial number you have.  To do so, click here, which will provide you an easy step-by-step instruction to down load the entire manual or just the parts you need.  If your desire is to receive a hard copy of this manual, click here and fill out the pertinent information, your manual will be mailed to you within 24 hours.

How can I obtain parts, parts information or purchase a part?

Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 456-7100 for Light Attachments (Bradco, FFC, Harley, Kodiak, McMillen and Sweepster brands).

Does Paladin Attachments offer used or clearance priced items?

Absolutely, Paladin offers slightly demonstrated, returned, excess products through our Yard Sale Program.  Click here to view the availability, location and net cost to you of these units.

How can I obtain a copy of my invoice?

All invoices are mailed or faxed the day after your shipment has left our facility.  However, if at any time you have the need request a copy of your invoice you may send us a message at this email address accounting@paladinattachments.com, which goes directly to our accounting department or you can call them direct 800-456-7100, extension 21481.

How do I obtain a dealer login?

To obtain a dealer login to the Paladin DealerNet, please send an email to website@paladinattachments.com and request a login or call Paladin website support at (734) 222-3686. User account requests must include the following: user name, company name, address, phone number and email. Users of the DealerNet must have established accounts with Paladin and be in good standing.

Can I submit a warranty claim form on line?

It is our goal at Paladin to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from us.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied your first step would be to contact our technical service/warranty team for pre-authorization.  You can do so by calling our general number, (800) 456-7100, Press #1 for Paladin Light Products consisting of the brands of Bradco, FFC, Harley, Kodiak, McMillen, and Sweepster, press #2 for heavy products consisting of CP, JRB, and Custom Works.  It will then prompt you to select #1 for sales, #2 for technical service/warranty follow the prompts asking if you are working on a light or heavy product, which you then can chose to speak to our technical service/warranty experts.  Once you have approval to do the work, click here to submit your warranty claim.

How do I obtain a return authorization for an item?

If you are not completely satisfied, need to return an item to Paladin or request a replacement, you must first obtain pre-authorization or a return authorization number (RMA).  To do so, click here, which will require you to fill out our request form.  Once complete, push submit, these will come directly to our Paladin sales/technical service team.  You can reach us at (800) 456-7100, Press #1 for Paladin Light Products consisting of the brands of Bradco, FFC, Harley, Kodiak, McMillan, and Sweepster, press #2 for heavy products consisting of CP, JRB, and Custom Works.  It will then prompt you to select #1 for sales, #2 for technical service/warranty.

How do I get my company listed as an active dealer?

Paladin wants to partner with our dealers and distributors, if you do not see your name listed within our dealer locator, click here.  This will send you to a link where you be prompted to complete a few questions on your dealership.  Once received, we will get your name added in our next upload to our website.
